The facility is equipped with the latest, state-of-the-art machinery. We manufacture all panels and jumbo walls at our facility. Individual panels are assembled, glued, and pressed on our laminate machine. The excess rigid foam (EPS) is removed using a rebate machine which prepares the panel for splines, top and bottom plates to be installed. Our custom compression/tilt table constructs jumbo walls up to 32' in length by 12' in height. The jumbo walls are then transferred to the 5 axis CNC machine where the jumbo wall is processed. This part of the production process would include all window and door openings, specialty cuts and electrical chases, all performed with precise accuracy. Every panel and jumbo wall will leave our facility with the same quality and consistency.
